Based on a standard 125–150 lb yield of meat
All items are cut fresh, vacuum sealed, and labeled. 
$500.00 Deposit Required When Ordering

FULL BLOOD $9.50 per pound of hanging weight
EXAMPLE: If hanging weight is 260 lbs x $9.50 = $2470.00 total order cost. 

$2,470.00 Total Cost - $500.00 Deposit = $1,970.00
Balance when completed.

Steaks cut standard 1 inch thick. Individually Vacuum Packaged.
Upgrade to 1.5" Thick Steak Optional 
(Ribeye/Strips)
Upgrade thickness to 1.5" thick will reduce your streak qty counts.


Ribeye / 6 - 1" thick packages
NY Strip /  5 - 1" thick packages

NOTE: can substitute Chuck Eye and Denver Steaks for the Chuck Roasts (2).

Patties ¼, 1/3, or ½ lb. Extra charge is $1.25 per package. How many, and what size?
