All items are cut fresh, vacuum sealed, and labeled. 
Each package will have type of cuts and weights.

FULL BLOOD $9.50 per pound of hanging weight
EXAMPLE: If hanging weight is 1050 lbs x $9.50 = $9,975.00 total order cost.

$9,975.00 Total Cost - $2,000.00 Deposit = $7,975.00

Steaks cut 1 in thick and include the following cuts:
Upgrade to 1.5" Thick Steak Optional (Ribeye/Strips)
Upgrade thickness to 1.5" thick will reduce your streak qty counts.


Ribeye  / 24 - 1" thick packages
New York Strip / 22 - 1" thick packages
Filet- cut 1.50 thick / 12 packages
Chuck Eye / 8 packages
Denver / 8 packages
Flank Steak / 2 packages

Roasts: Round, Rump, Sirloin Tip, (or Steaks) typically 2- 3 lbs

Burger in 1 lb packages are standard.

We can do ¼ or ½ lb patties for $1.00 per package extra charge.
Comes out of original 250 pounds of estimated burger weight.

Marrow bones may be cut for an additional $5.00 per package and will be cut into boats. Length wise.
You may also add stew meat if you would like. 1 lb. packages.

Purchasing Tips:
The Bone Question: Choosing “boneless” will give you more room in the freezer but you can leave your Ribeye “Bone in” if you would like for more flavor and you can also use the bones in stocks.

Steak Thickness: At this volume, you may want to go with 1.50 thickness on your premium steaks. (Ribeye/Strips) to prevent overcooking. (There is a slight up charge for this) This option will result in less overall number of steaks however.

Odd” Bits:
You can receive the Liver, Whole Tongue, the Oxtail (highly prized) the heart and Cheek Meat with the full beef. Please ask if you would like to keep these.

Storage tip our whole beef will most likely require a large chest freezer. You can expect aprox. 600 lbs of beef.
