Beef priced @ $7.00 per lb hanging weight and includes processing.
Quarters are typically only available cut to Dove Creek Standards as the butcher will not custom cut ¼ beef.

½ beef
Beef priced @ $7.00 per lb hanging weight, processing included. $500 deposit and a completed cut sheet are required to reserve your butcher date. We will let you know when our next available date is. It will take approximately 4 weeks from the scheduled butcher date for your beef to be ready. You can also choose to have a ½ beef that is cut to our Dove Creek standards if you need your beef sooner.
Whole beef
Beef priced @ $7.00 per lb hanging weight, processing included. $1000. deposit and a completed cut sheet are required to reserve your butcher date. We will let you know when our next available date is. It will take approximately 4 weeks from the scheduled butcher date for your beef to be ready. You can also choose to have a whole beef that is cut to our Dove Creek standards if you need your beef sooner.
